Day 3: Florence (Part 2)




Descending from Piazzale Michelangelo, we reached Piazza del Duomo

This is Duomo, an amazing, beautiful church built in Florentine style. They were having restoration works on this side of the church as the wall, built using limestone, was polluted by the vehicles passing through this street.

At II Porcellino, visitors of Florence has always had the habit of touching the snout of the famous boar for good luck.









Here we were standing on Ponte Vecchio, the oldest bridge in Florence crossing the Arno River. The views on both sides of the bridge was beautiful.
