House Warming Cum Pot-Luck Gathering

Gal invited her Uni friends for a CNY gathering cum house warming session as they have not been to our flat before. We had a potluck session and the spread was awesome! =p~~~

It was the time of the month, the monthly birthday celebration. This was also one of the few times which I use my LX3 to shoot. Test shot with the 2 gals from my team!

Chinese New Year

Happy Chinese New Year! With the change in status, there were some would expect us to gave out Ang Baos. Not sure if there is an "official tradition", but we were practicing "first year married couple excused from giving angbao" tradition! =p

 

We did prepare ang baos though, especially to our young cousins, just in case. And to our surprise, most of our relatives still gave us ang bao this year! Lucky for us that we have ang baos with us to give out to the kids. Else, we will definitely be very paisei to receive ang bao, and yet not giving any to the kids. Phew! =p

Sign of Aging

Seems like I'm getting old. Sprained my back badly when all i did was tip-toeing to put a small box of cookie up my kitchen cabinet. Didn't realized how bad it was until I viewed the reflection.

 

Having a bad time standing up straight and walking normally from a sitting position. Hope it will recover before the Chinese New Year.

Mum' Birthday!

After Belle's baby shower, gal and I walked around in town before joining up with my family at Oriole to celebrate my Mum's birthday in advance. Gal and I were giving it another chance as the last experience 2 yrs ago wasn't really good.

I was in a"anyhow shoot mood" tonight. Lighting was poor and the food didn't look appetizing. Some random food shots.

Belle's Little Princess Baby Shower!

We were invited to Belle's little princess baby shower. It was held in a function room in a condo in Bukit Timah. There was a professional photographer around, hence I'm too shy to take many shots. =p

 

Hope she'll grow up to be as pretty as her mum! =)

Eating into 2012!

A lazy Sunday. Woke up late and we had our brunch at Cedele, Gal's favorite bread place with her pumpkin soup. A plate of soft shell crab to go along with the soup and bread. Regretted not ordering the pasta instead!
