After our heavy burger meals, gal kept wanting to try 3-Inch-Sin since we were at Cluny Court. Well, seems like there's always a separate compartment in our stomach for desserts. We hope we will not be too disappointed with what is probably one of the best molten cakes in Singapore.

This was the daily special, The Dark Side. The cakes are usually sold as a whole and not by slices. Hence, we do not want to let this opportunity slipped and order a slice of The Dark Side. Thick chocolate taste and it is very sweet. Just the kind of cakes that both of us like. The crust of the cake goes well with the chocolate! It's simply yummi-licous !
The signature molten cake with vanilla ice-cream. There are several flavors to choose from: Original, Mint, Bitter Orange, Lemon, Cherry Jubliee, Hazelnut, Raspberry, Peanut Butter, White Chocolate and Coffee. We decide to go with the safest choice, the hazelnut ! The 3 inch molten cake cost $6 and you can get a scoop of vanilla ice-cream to go with the cake for additional $3. 
The molten cake was baked on the spot, hence we gotta wait for quite a while. It was served hot and definitely worth the wait! The center of the cake contains the lovely sweet chocolate, and it oozes out once you slice it.
The hot motlen cakes covered with the melted chocolate, paired with a scoop of chilling vanilla ice-cream, it's simply henvenly and irresistsible !
I guess she has fallen in love with the cake ! It's all written on her face ! =p
