Charly T's

After our movie, Gnomeo and Juliet at The Cathay, we proceed to our dinner. Gal has purchased 2 coupons from BigDeals.SG, $10 for $20 worth of credits. It was our first time purchasing from the site, testing out the credibility of the website.

We had to wait for some 20 mins before we can actually get a table. Perhaps most of the people that purchased the credits came at the same time? =p

It's all in the secret sauces? For the roasted chicken, Charly T's has 9 unique sauces to choose from. We chose the Charly T's Original Sauces #2 Spicy (which wasn't spicy enough and taste a little tomato-ish) and Creamy Roasted Sesame. The Creamy Roasted Sesame tasted better, with a tinge of peanut taste.

Here's our drinks, Red Tango and Cool Aid.

Gal's Bratwurst & Sauerkraut. From the name of the dish, it seems like a German Dish. It's a wrap with sausage and some veggie which taste sour. A nice dish, but too sour for me ! =p

Gal's meal comes with a side, which i suppose is the Potato Salad with some bacon bits. It seemed oily though, not sure if it's olive oil. If it wasn't, then ............. hmm .........

And here's my quarter Roasted Chicken with the 2 sauces ! The skin of the chicken was very delicious and it gave a nice color to the dish. The meat of the chicken was soft and it retained the juice, hence not too tough nor dry. This signature dish is a muz-try !

I got myself Potato Sald, which was the same as my gal's, should have changed to another sides. Macaroni with Cheese was my the other dish, but it wasn't cheesy enough. In fact it was quite bland. I still prefer the one from Kenny Rogers, which is very cheesy.

We topped up a little to order a dessert to share, a Berry Pudding.
This is a very very sweet dessert !!

Gal seems to be enjoying the sweet desserts ! =p
We had a good full meal =)
