X'mas Eve Dinner at Au Petit Salut

It is difficult to think of a new dining place that is nice but yet not too expensive. After shortlisting a few restaurant, decided to book our Christmas eve dinner at Au Petit Salut. The restaurant was packed when we arrived.

One of the 2 starters, Awesome Cold Norwegian King Crab, 63'C Egg & Aioli! The crab meat portion was generous, and it was really fresh and juicy. Paired with the runny egg white and a slightly cooked egg yolk, it was delicious! We just can't had enough of it!

The next starter was a big piece of pan seared Foie Gras.
Can it get any bigger than that?

My main dish, Poulet, which means chicken in French. When the dish was served, it looked like a fish rather than a chicken. 2 thin slices of chicken stacked on top of one another, and they are so tender and juicy.

Gal's favourite Seared Hokkaido Scallops.
This photo does not do justice to it.

Look at the size of the scallops on the plates.
They were actually quite big!

A sweet, yummy dessert to bring an end to the satisfying dinner.
Vanilla Ice-cream with Mandarin and Olive oil layered cake.

This was our 8th Christmas together, and many more to come!
Merry Christmas everyone and a Happy New Year!
