Once upon a MilkShake

My gal came across this ice-cream cum milkshake place on website and wanted to try. Head down to the place after attending the Mandarin Oriental bridal show. Nothing beats a cool, smoothing milkshake / ice-cream on a hot afternoon.

nice cafe, with purple and white color ....
small and cosy place ....

The mini-size cup looks cute ...
but definitely not enough for me =p

cool take-away carrier ....
and they actually provide delivery services too ...
if only I'm working in Tanjong Pagar area ...

They have 8 different flavours in total and each comes with a cartoon character. The top 2 best-selling, Spooky Mocha and Pirate Queen Peach were sold out / not available.

these tables and stools make us look like kids =p
reviving our childhood memories??

awaiting eagerly for our orders to come

The hopscotch loyalty card and our orders. The brownie taste normal and it doesn't look like what we imagine it would be. Maybe the ice-cream doesn't go well with it? The Agent Strawberry on the other hand is nice, and it contains tiny bits of strawberry flesh.

my gal's Chocolate Truffle Castle with toppings ...
Yummy Yummy ... Rich chocolate taste !
mini-sized milkshake for mini her

My Sir Cookie & Cream Milkshake ....
nice too but i prefer my gal's

emo me and happy gal

the location of Once upon a Milkshake

After the milkshakes and brownie, we took a walk to Chinatown, passing my Amoy market and Ann Road. Just before the Amoy market, spotted squirrels among the trees. Surprised to see cute squirrels surviving in CBD areas ! Too bad, this is the max zoom my LX3 can achieve, couldn't get a proper shot at it.

Along the way, took some funny shots. Initially juz wanna capture the height of the arc. Somehow it become some funny shots with Annie trying to lift me to hit the walls and trying to lift me up into the air. Head back to Annie's place for dinner and nua for the rest of the day.
