Brunch @ Krish

We had $150 worth of Krish vouchers to use, hence decided to spend $50 on Brunch, keeping the remaining $100 vouchers for dinner for another occasion. Krish had just revamped their brunch menu, and we were hoping for some interesting dishes in the menu.

FYI, Krish is a New-Indian cuisine, in case you are wondering.

The dining area for brunch is over at the open area Greenhouse Bar section. Nice set-up, but as the name suggest, Greenhouse, it can be pretty hot and humid in the afternoon.

Gal spotted her all time favorite swing !

This dish is actually on the Kid's section. We ordered this pancake on top of our mains to share. Simply fall in love with this pancake, especially with the spread and honey. Unique taste but it is nice!

Being first time here, and their brunch menu is pretty new, asked the waitress to introduce nice dishes for us. This is one of their signature, and i suppose popular dish, Crab Cake Benedict, if i got the name correct.

Most of the Egg Benedicts that we tried come with Hollandaise sauce, so it's something special to try egg benedict with a dressing which has a crab taste. And instead of the usual bread, it was replace with a soft crab cake.

It was tasty when trying it for the first time. After a few bites, I started to feel quite "Jelat".

Gal's choice, forgot the name of the dish. It seems like the Indian version of an English Breakfast. It comes with scrambled egg (you can choose how you want ya egg to be served), bread, sun dried tomatoes, baked beans, chicken chipolata and something which tasted like hash brown.

I preferred gal's over mine, especially the sides which taste like hash brown.

The waitress was super friendly and even invited us to explore inside seating of the restaurant.

Love their cosy little bar counter inside the restaurant.

Krish is not recommended or known for their brunch. Perhaps this is why there were only 2 other customers other than 2 of us. Will be back to try out their dinner. Hope it will be much better.
