Mid Autumn Festival

It was COB @ Cap Sq. We gotta reach Cap Sq by 9am, therefore gotta wake up much earlier than usual. People working in town seems to dress quite different and walk much faster as well. Nevertheless, working in town is still the ultimate goal !

Met up with the rest of the people from CBP @ Marine Parade after work. We had a pretty quick dinner before heading to ECP for our mini Mid Autumn celebration.

We got ourselves lanterns and sparklers.
It will be perfect if we can have a delicious slice of moon cake to go along =p

After testing our sparklers, we proceed to light up all the lanterns. Somehow 2 distinct group can be seen: the kiddos and the old birds. Seems like a little competition to see which group can actually light up the first lantern for the nite !!

Well, as the saying goes, Jiang Hai Shi Lao De La !!!

After walking around with the lanterns for a while, we became bored and switched to sparklers. Decided to try to use it to form different shapes and our names ! Didn't know my neighbour was actually afraid of the sparklers, but she did overcome it eventually! Well done neighbour !

Ah Lam was trying to draw a heart for the gals. And the response..... A score of three ZEROS !! =p

This is the first word that we formed for the nite. Tried using light sticks to rehearse before proceeding with the sparklers. Love this picture. Both the letters and the people's face can be seen quite clearly. 4 Babes with love!

Oh no ! We were not trying to burn down the place! We were just trying to light up all the sparklers together, and it was quite smoky. With the smoky background, Ah Lam did look a bit scary with his expression. New nick for him, Ah Piao !

Had a wonderful time with the people and we left the place around 12am. Today doesn't feel like a Wednesday at all...... Or rather if we do not have to work the following day. Definitely going to have hangover from all the fun that we have today.
